If I could, I would rate this business “0” stars. BEWARE I was referred to this business from a friend after purchasing a boat in Marina Del Rey, CA. My first mistake with owning a boat… They initially came out for an engine survey and was feeling good about dealing with the owner, Mike. He came across as a very nice guy that I trusted with doing business with… I decided to hire him to do some work on our boat in Ventura… Over the first few months I dealt with Mike, things were great. We would have conversations discussing Chicago, pizza, family etc… I was feeling like a picked the “right guy” to help us with a few items on our new boat. Several red flags were flown after witnessing one of his employees in action. Rushed and cutting corners with work done on our boat. He was always in a hurry to beat traffic one the way back and left a mess on the boat. He even left behind supplies scattered throughout the cabin. His work even had to be corrected from his coworker after realizing our new batteries weren’t secured properly. One of his coworkers even stated that he didn’t care working with him. mike was an absolute nightmare to work with, he comes off very nice and professional at first. once we paid him for the service of our engine and generator he became very rude when we would call asking questions about anything. I tried to have a call with him after the service and got yelled at for 4 minutes just because i called him two times, I could not get a word in unless I raised my voice which is not needed... very unprofessional person and very rude owner don't recommend them to anybody.. would definitely search for other options an avoid the headache To add to your comment mike. Attorney was only going to be involved because you took money Without finishing the job. And then you would not let me speak on the phone for about 5 minutes. You yelled and act like a child which forced me to yell at you back and threatened with Attorney. Yes Life is too short to work with people like you and I’m leaving this review so people don’t come and work with you

I was referred to C2C by one of my neighbors, so I gave them a call summer of 2023 to perform a mechanical survey on a boat that I had an accepted offer on in Long Beach. I spoke to Mike, and he sent out Sheldon who did a great job on time per schedule. I didn't buy that boat due to other reasons, but I was impressed with their service. Couple months later, I bought a boat from San Diego through Chuck Hovey Yacht Sales. I cruised her up in September 2023, and immediately called Mike to service the boat. We talked about the things that should be done as a new to me boat (2006 Ocean Alexander). We did all the basics covering an annual service, and we replaced impellers. Robert came out, and worked very efficiently with a helper. He kept me updated with text messages, and notified me when the work was completed. My twin 440HP Yanmars and Generator were happy. Several months later, I decided to replace all the batteries on the boat, so I obtained a few quotes from specialty battery outfits. However, Mike was able to provide me with a competitive quote to replace all the batteries with the same existing ones, so they got the work. Robert came out with a few guys this time, because those

I have used Michael and his team for several projects on several boats. I have found them to be both professional and courteous. They traveled to come and get the boats all squared away. Their prices are very fair. In the Marina del Rey area, they are without a doubt the best team for any job. I do not normally write reviews, but I have noticed that it is much easier for someone to write something nasty then a review in praise. I have been sailing since 1976 and racing offshore since 1981. I highly recommend these guys.

I’ve used these guys for all kinds of things and they were the only company that could fix my waste tank sender issue. They were here yesterday to replace my throttles at the helm, and have done plumbing work on a few occasions. Mike, Sheldon, and Jason have not let me down yet - highly recommend!!
